Upon opening, the bank will be staffed by a complement of 40 people. In the lead-up to opening, International Banking Group is taking all necessary steps to identify, recruit, train and motivate local talent to be part of the team. The bank is committed to replying to every application it receives, and to exploring every reasonable route to finding talented Belongers committed to service. However, where the necessary experience is not available on-island we will be recruiting internationally.
Every single member of staff will be extensively trained, either in the TCI, in Cayman or both in order to be ready to meet customer needs from the first day. The goal is for every member of the team to have a comprehensive understanding of our products and processes as well as an unswerving commitment to service excellence, and the skills to match.
Headed by an expert & leader in retail banking in the region, Mr Ivan Browne, we place great emphasis on our staff. All will have undergone extensive interview and training before our opening, and all will welcome you with a smile. Technology
International Banking Group is of the strong belief that technology should serve to enhance and facilitate the banking experience. Too often technology makes the experience more frustrating for customers. Our internet banking facility will allow clients to check balances, transfer money between accounts, order wires on-line and pay selected service providers. Wherever possible we will continue to seek to expand the utility of on-line banking and services.
Our ATMs will be serviced locally which means that any faults with the machines are fixed in real time and without delays. The machines will be refilled daily or more frequently, if necessary.
Headquarters
15,000 square feet of bespoke design created to serve you better. Housing our 40 staff and with space for expansion, the building will be International Banking Group’s home for the long term.
As well as a state of the art banking hall, the building will house all of our personal, commercial and credit teams, senior management and 4 ATMs, including 2 drive-through ATMs. The headquarters for International Banking Group have been designed for efficiency, security and service.
